Job description
Alpaca Health is seeking passionate RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares across Colorado. You'll follow a BCBA-designed plan, collect data, and apply behavior strategies with close mentorship, not corporate oversight.
Active RBT certification is ideal, but we’ll help you pursue it. We offer either full-time or part-time schedules, flexible hours, and a clear path toward BCBA certification as you grow with our network.
