Job description
Alpaca Health in Dallas is seeking RBTs to work in home, school, and community settings, providing one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and help children grow in a supportive, mentor-guided environment.
We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a clear path toward BCBA, and some practices provide training reimbursement and hands-on learning.
