Job description
Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting.
The role is in person, with options for full-time or part-time hours. You’ll collaborate with families, collect data, and contribute to individualized treatment plans while gaining hands-on ABA therapy
