Job description
Athra Systems/Crosstown Mental Health in Terre Haute, IN is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant with addiction medicine experience. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a residential treatment setting, including assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning, with collaboration from psychiatrists.
