Job description
SHIELDS FOR FAMILIES seeks a Peer Partner in Los Angeles to provide timely, strengths-based support to families involved with child welfare. The role includes intake, assessments, and developing service plans with direct linkage to housing, health, and legal services.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and lived experience with the child welfare system, with strong advocacy and engagement skills and good written and verbal communication abilities.
