Job description
Smilestones ABA in Houston, TX seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, in-person role. You will work with children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, providing one-on-one sessions and supporting skill development.
Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for helping children succeed. The position offers 30+ hours per week, a competitive hourly wage, and a full benefits package.
