Job description
Smilestones ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Houston, TX. This in-person, full-time position offers 30+ hours per week and a competitive pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package.
As an RBT, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized interventions, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills.
