Job description
Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.
We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules, and a clear path to BCBA certification, plus possible training reimbursement while you earn your credentials.
