In-Plant Ink TechnicianPay Rate: $55,00-$69,500Category/Shift: Availability in 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift, Salaried Full-TimePhysical Location: 800 Edwards Drive Lebanon, IN 46052The Job You Will Perform:Color matches and re-matchesManufacture ink batches for print jobsPress side technical assistance at the preprint and Direct print machines.Maintain customer ink inventory; Work-off/re-work old inkFile ink usage reports, other reports as necessaryAttend production meetings and other customer meetings as requiredAny other technical issues needed by customer: Ink training, ink improvements, cost reductions, etc.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalency required. At least two years experience with flexographic printing inks preferred, ideally in a customer in-plant setting. Knowledge of and previous experience with ink color matching and press side trouble shooting is preferred, and experience in pre-printed liner applications is highly desirable.
