The In-Room Dining Telephone Sales Attendant is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by handling food and beverage orders with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests ordering In-Room Dining and plays an important role in driving revenue through menu knowledge and personalized service. Cross-trained as a Server.
Answer guest calls and process In-Room Dining food and beverage orders accurately.
Enter orders accurately and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams.
Respond professionally to guest inquiries regarding menus, services, and resort amenities.
Ensure all orders are delivered according to Salamander and Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Support the In-Room Dining team with additional operational duties as assigned. Cross-trained as a Server.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous hospitality, restaurant, call center, guest service, or food and beverage experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
