Job description
Best Buy’s Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) at our La Crosse store helps customers by diagnosing, repairing, and advising on technology products, both in-store and over the phone. You’ll work with fellow Agents to deliver exceptional service and accurate documentation of repairs.
You’ll maintain knowledge through training, handle a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and strive to exceed customer expectations while supporting the team and store goals.
