Blue Dot Heating, Air ConditioningBlue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is part of the largest residential home services provider in the US and we are dedicated to delivering top-notch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions to homeowners across the country.We're hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, where you'll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and ways we can be a HUGE benefit to their home. Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there!Pay: $20–$22 per hour + UNCAPPED commissionTypical Earnings: $25–$35 per hour with incentives Schedule: Flexible hours; weekend availability required. We are looking for people who are:Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppersRetail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)Ability to stand and walk during shiftsWeekend and some holiday availabilityReliable transportationClean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brandAbility to attend weekly in-office meetingsEmployment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable lawFor questions about the role, you may contact our management team at Sign-On Bonuses only available for roles that have them advertised; amounts are depending on experience and will be paid out according to an offer letter addendum.
