Job description
Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead in our New York store to drive exceptional customer experiences and exceed store goals. You will support Managers and Sales Associates, deliver brand knowledge, and foster loyalty through authentic engagement.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in high-performance selling, strong communication, and ability to lead a team to achieve KPIs while maintaining brand standards. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.
