Job description
Cole Haan in Asheville, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to drive store performance and foster a positive team culture. You will guide in-store activities, meet sales and KPI targets, manage expenses, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will build a dedicated team, coach staff, train, and address performance issues. You will ensure loss prevention, health and safety compliance, and maintain merchandising standards in line with Cole Haan expectations.
