Job description
Inbound Correspondence ProcessorThe Inbound Correspondence Processor will review all e-mail and letter correspondence, research and locate the respective accounts and update to the appropriate status. In addition, the employee will inform all relevant departments (managers/supervisors) of the correspondence received for the recommended actions to be taken.Essential FunctionsResearch and locate accounts relevant to correspondence received.Complete tracking log for data analysis to be used by senior managementUpdate the account status and notes in accordance with company policy and proceduresProvide relevant and timely information to immediate management and peers.Demonstrate the capacity to make decisions and incorporate strategic planning to ensure deadlines are met and quality work is produced.Effectively implement approved changes; adapt to necessary changes from old methods when they are no longer practicalIdentify new methods to present to management that generate improvement in facility's performance.Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with governmental laws and regulations within functional area, and with Company policies and proceduresMaintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirementsAdhere to all Company and customer confidentiality and security policies and proceduresNon-Essential FunctionsProvide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement. Desk setting inbound call center/cubiclePhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, type, see, and hear while sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time. The typing aspect of the job requires the employee to reach with hands and arms; and use hands and fingers to handle/feel the keys. The job requires extensive use of keyboards and computersPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work Employees must adhere to the department's scheduled hours and guidelines. Full-time employees must maintain continuous full-time employment status.
