Job description
ServiceNow is seeking an inbound technical product manager to own ITSM and ITOM products in a live production environment. You’ll measure performance, instrument outcomes, and iterate based on real data to guide product evolution.
You’ll partner with Product Management for ITSM/ITOM, translate business needs into deployable designs, and own the translation between engineering and business while driving adoption and impact.
