Job description
The State of New York is seeking a Hearing Officer 1 (Incarcerated Discipline) to preside over administrative hearings involving incarcerated individuals at assigned facilities. You will arrange witness testimony and documentary and video evidence, and ensure due process standards are met with impartial deliberation.
You will evaluate evidence, determine relevancy and admissibility, and prepare detailed decisions including statements of the evidence and sanctions or programmatic referrals.
