Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Manager of Incentive Compensation in Orange County, CA. You will design and administer incentive plans aligning with US Market objectives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal to create effective, fiscally responsible compensation programs.
You will lead plan design, reporting, and accrual forecasting, ensuring timely delivery and compliance while navigating a fast-paced, matrix environment.
