Job description
Torrid is hiring a Store Manager for the East Rutherford (American Dream) location. You will lead a team to meet store objectives, drive sales, manage performance, and develop staff in a dynamic fashion retail environment.
You’ll recruit, train, and coach sales associates, implement merchandising plans, and maintain an energetic, inclusive store culture focused on excellent service and fashion-forward experiences.
