Join IntervalaBuild what powers tomorrow—join Intervala, where advanced electronics manufacturing meets innovation, precision, and purpose.We are looking to add an incoming inspector to our team!The Incoming Electronics Inspector will inspect electronic parts and assemblies to assure compliance to quality requirements and standards.Responsibilities:Perform acceptance activities according to quality plans, procedures, and instructions to assure conformance of material, components, assemblies, and finished goods to requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteriaPerform receiving, in-process, and final inspections as part of acceptance activities.Record results of acceptance and inspection activities by completing data sheets, reports, logs according to quality plans, procedures, and instructionsPerforms measurements and visual examinations in conducting inspections and acceptance activitiesAssists and trains Quality and Production personnel in measurement processes and methods, and in acceptability of materials, components, and assembliesSupport activities to address identification and disposition of nonconforming material in a timely mannerEnsure the proper containment, identification, and segregation of material, components, and assemblies according to processing or conformance statusReport quality problems and findings to supervisor or Quality ManagerMaintain and enhance job knowledge by participating in learning events and engaging in educational opportunitiesAdhere to General Requirements of Team MembersKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Beginner level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access; ERP and Sharepoint)Certification, or ability to obtain certification in IPC-610 and IPC-620 or J-STD-001Ability to apply and use measuring devices including voltmeter/multimeter, optical comparator, magnification device/microscope, eye loop, caliper, micrometerAbility to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small printAbility to communicate effectively with all people inside and outside the organization in both written and verbal formAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality products and resultsAbility to handle multiple tasks, projects and assignments to meet established goals and deadlinesAbilities listed in General Requirements of Team MembersRequired Experience & Education:High school diploma; Associate degree in related technical discipline preferredMinimum 1-2 years of relevant job experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in electronicsWhy You'll Love Working Here:Competitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldIntervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).Intervala is required to verify the status of all employees to determine whether each employee is a U.S. Person or a Foreign Person for the purposes of determining if an export authorization is required to approve an employee's access to export-controlled items, not as a condition for hire.Equal Opportunity Employer: Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
