We're particularly interested in professionals with eight or more years of experience who enjoy connecting with people, communicate confidently and are comfortable taking responsibility for their own decisions and results. International experience is welcome, along with a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and continued personal and professional growth.
As an independent associate, you'll apply digital marketing and outreach strategies, develop meaningful professional relationships and introduce interested individuals to personal development and leadership education programs. You'll operate within a successful international business framework while continuing to develop your own entrepreneurial capabilities.
The business offers flexibility to operate remotely and organise your activities around your existing commitments. Approximately 15 to 20 focused hours per week may be a practical starting point, depending on your goals and circumstances.

There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Results depend on individual business activities, skills, effort and circumstances. Participants are responsible for their own business expenses, and applicable costs and participation requirements are explained before any commitment.
