Job description
Real Estate Closing SpecialistResponsible for all aspects of the real estate closing and ensures proper disbursement of funds.Prepares miscellaneous documents required at closing.Enters closing figures; balances and funds files.Ensures closing package is properly executed.Attends and manages real estate closings.Reviews title commitment and is responsible for collecting title clearance.Reviews mortgage payoffs for accuracy and transmits payoff funds.Acts as the liaison between attorneys and lenders at closing.
