Job description
FeldCare Connects is seeking an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist to serve in the Palmdale area, delivering home health OT for adults. You will assess functional status, ADLs, and device needs, then plan and execute therapy to improve safety and independence.
You will lead care in collaboration with the health team, document progress, and educate patients and families. Flexible scheduling and autonomy are highlighted in this role.
