Northeast Kingdom Hospital is seeking a CRNA for a full-time role in Vermont. This independent CRNA practice model offers autonomy with no physician oversight, a competitive base salary of $330,000–$350,000, negotiable sign-on bonus, 7 weeks of PTO plus 1 week CME, student loan repayment assistance, relocation support, and a generous 401K with employer match.
