Job description
The Family Medicine NP role at Caya Integrated Health in Lake Mary, FL is an outpatient, patient-centered position. This 1099 independent contractor role pays $75.00 per hour and involves 2–3 days per week in a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will hold a Florida APRN license, be Board Certified FNP, possess a current DEA license, and have at least 2 years of family medicine experience, with strong clinical judgment and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
