Opportunity
Global Private Home Care Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced independent Healthcare Business Development & Referral Consultant to expand professional referral relationships and generate qualified private-pay home care opportunities across our priority territory: Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Milton, North Fulton, Buckhead, Atlanta, and surrounding Metro Atlanta communities.
Best suited for a self-directed professional with an active healthcare/senior-care referral network and a demonstrated ability to convert relationships into client opportunities.
Consulting Focus
Independently develop and execute a referral-development strategy for Metro Atlanta.
Cultivate relationships with appropriate healthcare, senior-care, legal and community referral professionals.
Generate and follow up on qualified private-pay home care opportunities.
Use professional judgment to determine outreach methods, schedule and prospecting activity.
Document consultant-generated opportunities sufficiently for attribution and success-fee purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing Metro Atlanta book of professional healthcare and/or senior-care referral relationships strongly preferred.
Strong relationships in North Fulton, Buckhead and nearby private-pay markets are especially desirable.
Proven history of generating private-pay home care clients, healthcare admissions or comparable revenue.
2+ years of healthcare, home care, senior living, hospice, home health, community relations, sales or referral-development experience preferred.
Established independent consulting/business-development practice or demonstrated experience providing similar services independently is highly desirable.
Self-directed, professional, organized and able to perform without day-to-day supervision.
Own reliable transportation and ordinary business tools.
Compensation
Initial 90-day consulting compensation is expected to include a $300-$500 monthly consulting retainer plus a $300-$500 success fee for each qualifying new private-pay client attributed to the consultant who signs, begins paid services and makes the first payment to Global. Final terms will be stated in the written consulting agreement.
Independent Contractor Structure
Nonexclusive 1099 consulting engagement. The consultant determines schedule and methods, provides ordinary business tools and expenses, and may serve other noncompeting clients subject to confidentiality and conflict obligations. The consultant may not bind Global or make clinical, pricing or employment commitments.
