Optimal Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our Southeast Michigan talent pool. In this role you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes to restore independence in daily activities, from dressing to cooking, while tailoring therapy to each home setting. Applicants should be ACOTE-accredited O.T.
