Job description
FeldCare Connects in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver premier home health care to adults. This Independent Contractor role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and patient progress.
You will assess needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability, while writing clear notes and collaborating with care teams. Licensure required; bilingual a plus. Flexible scheduling and independence offered.
