Job description
Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Community-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to empower patients in their homes across Minnesota.
As a full-time PT, you will evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans, improve mobility and independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Competitive pay ($110,000–$210,000/year) with an $8,000 retention bonus, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
