Job description
Allaire Health Services, LLC seeks a licensed RN for in-home care in New Jersey. You will assess patients at start of care, develop a care plan, and initiate changes as needs evolve to ensure quality home health services.
You will supervise home health aides, educate families, and reassess patient conditions every two months to maintain appropriate care levels. Strong organization and communication are essential.
