Job description
Maryland Works, Inc. in Towson, MD seeks an IL Specialist and Youth Instructional Support staff member to empower youth and adults with disabilities to reach greater independence.
You will design and facilitate objective-based lessons in one-on-one, classroom, virtual, and community settings. This role blends direct coaching, consumer advocacy, and data management to help individuals achieve personal goals while collaborating with DORS counselors and program staff.
