Job description
National Recruiters seeks Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members on a PRN/1099 basis.
No prescribing or follow-up care; focus on medical history, lifestyle, and basic evaluations; credentialing and onboarding within 10–12 days.
Must travel within New Jersey counties with 50+ hours per month; mileage reimbursement after 20 miles daily; flexible schedule.
