Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Wareham, MA. This PRN role offers autonomy, no on-call duties, and documentation via company-provided iPad.
You will conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, and perform basic health evaluations while traveling locally within your area. Applicants must hold an active NP or PA license and be willing to travel up to ~60 minutes.
