Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role in skilled nursing facilities.
You will manage your own patient panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with residents and families in an independence-driven position. Expect 6-hour morning rounds with 16–20 patients daily, no on-call, and charting from home.
