Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time work in skilled nursing facilities.
You will manage your own patient panel and provide primary and episodic care, with autonomy over schedules and a focus on long-term patient relationships. Your day involves 16–20 patient visits, with wellness exams, chronic disease management, and collaboration with supervising physicians and facility staff.
