Position Summary...

nLaunch your services in Sam's Club!
nAs an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our stores you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing.
nAs an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to:
nnnEstablish your days of practice
n
nnEstablish your hours of operation
n
nnControl your patient schedule
n
nnSet your fee schedule
n
nnKeep 100 of exam/professional fees
n
n nFor a fair market value, you can opt into:
nnnAdvanced Equipment/instrumentation
n
nnAdministrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if state allows
n
n nMinimum Qualifications for a lease agreement
nnnDoctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school
n
nnValid state optometry license
n
nnOphthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
n
nnValid state ophthalmology license
n
nnGeneral Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
n
n nME/VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company
