Job description
WM Supercenter #1431 in Keokuk, IA seeks an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart to lead eye and vision care as well as general health. You establish your days, hours, and keep 100% of exam fees, with optional equipment and support services where allowed by state law.
Minimum qualifications include OD degree from an accredited school, valid optometry license, and ophthalmology licensure with liability certificates. This leasing role is not employment with Walmart.
