Job description
FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health care in the Santa Paula area as an independent contractor. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve daily functioning and safety.
You will collaborate with the patient, family, and care team, document progress, and adjust plans based on clinical findings. Bilingual candidates are plus; CA licensure required.
