As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic roofing project consultants to join our team and help us achieve our vision.This is a commission-only independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential. You control your own schedule, generate your own leads, and build your own book of business. Ideal for experienced sales professionals or driven individuals looking to maximize their income in the home improvement industry.Prospect, generate leads, and build your own pipeline of customersConduct in-home consultations, inspections, measurements, and photographyNegotiate and execute customer contracts for exterior remodeling projectsDocument customer needs, special circumstances, and project specificationsPrepare and submit all project paperwork (contracts, material specs, work orders, diagrams, change orders, etc.)For insurance projects: attend adjuster meetings, document damages, and complete supplement reviewsCollect customer deposits and final paymentsEnsure customer satisfaction through project completion, including follow-up and referral requestsThis is a commission-only position — your income is directly tied to your performance and hustle. Compensation is earned upon project completion and customer payment.Competitive commission rate on gross contract value for all closed projects50% of earned commission paid upon receipt of customer deposit; 50% upon final payment and project verificationEligible for discretionary performance bonuses based on monthly sales volumeBonus tiers available for high-performing consultants — details provided during onboardingThis position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role. You are your own boss — you set your schedule, control your work methods, and are free to work with other companies provided there is no conflict of interest.
