Job description
TTIC in Chicago invites applications for Research Assistant Professor positions. RAPs pursue independent research agendas, often with TTIC faculty and students, and may collaborate across areas in ML, vision, NLP, robotics, and theory. The appointment is funded by TTIC's endowment, with a nine‑month salary paid over twelve months, plus a discretionary research budget. RAPs can serve as PIs on external grants and supervise visiting students.
