RosmanSearch is helping an established physician-owned private practice in Central Illinois welcome an additional urologist to join three urologists and experienced urology APPs. The role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship for new grads, and the potential for long-term ownership in a high-volume setting with robotic capabilities.
