Job description
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Visiting Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered home care in Connecticut. You will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients to promote independence in their homes.
Ideal candidates hold a CT RN license, have at least 1 year of RN experience (homecare preferred), and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong computer skills are required for charting and documentation.
