Job description
FinishWorks is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Indiana territory. You will lead the sales organization, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across manufacturing, industrial products, coatings, chemicals or related industries.
You will manage a high-performing team, coach staff, and collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding market share. Fluency in English is assumed; Spanish desirable.
