Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks aInternal Medicine physicianto practice team-based care in our Greenbush Street Family Medicine Clinic inLafayette, IN (home of Purdue University).
Employment Opportunity Details :
Busy office with supportive staff
4 or 5 day schedule per week
100% outpatient, all levels of socioeconomic status patients
Excellent Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated to delivery of the best care to our patients
Physician and APP longevity
Low call responsibility
Excellent base salary plusincentive opportunities
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligiblein InternalMedicine
Ability to obtain a Medical License in Indiana
Meets requirements forcredentialingand privileging with Indiana University Health
