Job description

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Assoc Dir, Indirect Procurement to lead MRO and Fleet strategy within the Climate & Solutions Americas segment. This onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, drives global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and performance KPIs while coordinating with Global Indirect Procurement.

You will manage a team of ~10 professionals, shape category plans, and ensure ESG and compliance standards across ~$200M indirect spend. Travel up to 15% is expected.
