Job description
Royal Caribbean Group in Miramar, Florida is seeking a Lead, Indirect Procurement to lead a team of buyers in negotiating goods and services, developing category strategy, and guiding procure-to-pay processes across vessels and corporate offices.
The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong skills in supplier management, data analysis, and Excel. Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa or SAP Ariba is a plus, with up to 25% travel.
