Senior Manager, Sales Tax - Fintech/SaaS at Scale | Hybrid
I’m partnering with top fintech/SaaS platform serving consumers and small businesses to hire a Head of Sales Tax . This leader will own U.S. sales & use tax end-to-end -with opportunity to expand ownership to state income, city, and property tax -while modernizing systems, controls, and audit strategy across a complex, high-volume digital business.

What you’ll own
SALT strategy and governance across sales & use, state income, city, and property
Audit management (state/local) and proactive controversy resolution
Cross-functional partnership on product taxability , go-to-market, and future launches
What will set you apart
12-15+ years SALT with leadership in high-scale tech/digital services
Audit defense track record and a controls/automation mindset
Experience with enterprise tax engines (e.g., Vertex)
Hybrid (3 days onsite) in one of several U.S. hubs: Bay Area, San Diego, or Atlanta
