CPL in Columbia, SC seeks a Market Sector Principal - Industrial Architecture to lead and expand our Industrial Architecture Practice across the Southeast. You will develop client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and mission-critical facilities.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architecture, is a licensed architect, and has a proven track record of building a practice, driving revenue, and mentoring staff.
