This is a hands-on role where you will learn to assemble various parts and equipment used in material handling systems. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specificationsUse hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., tape measures) accuratelyFollow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks efficientlyInspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsRequired Skills:Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers)Ability to read and use a tape measure accuratelyStrong attention to detail and qualityEffective communication and teamwork skillsDependability and punctualityRequired Knowledge:General understanding of mechanical assembly processesFamiliarity with safety practices in a manufacturing environmentBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to Implement:Follow detailed instructions and standard operating proceduresWork independently and as part of a teamAdapt to changing priorities and production needsLearn new tasks quickly and apply feedback effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required but a plus)Demonstrated success in hands-on or mechanical work environmentsBenefits:Competitive pay based on competency100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employeesFlexible paid time off and holidays401(k) with employer matchingDiscretionary bonusesWe are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
