Job description
QuadReal Property Group, based in New York, seeks a Vice President of Asset Management for its US Industrial portfolio. The role leads asset strategies, drives leasing and capital improvements, and coordinates cross-functional teams to maximize NOI and returns.
The position requires 5–8 years of institutional asset management experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in Excel, Argus and Yardi; MBA ideal and multi-market US experience preferred.
